Customer Service Supervisor - Madison

Be part of a growing and prospering company as a Customer Service Supervisor for our Madison, WI office. Job Summary:

Supervise a team of customer service members to maintain the service and productivity levels of standards.

Essential Functions:

· Supervise Customer Service staff

· Hire necessary staff force, prepare annual reviews, coordinate vacation schedules, evaluate and discipline staff

· Monitoring call hold time, production, and data entry

· Assist staff members with questions regarding interpretation of plan design and language, client, participant and provider questions

· Assist in random audits of staff calls

· Assist Team Lead with complicated issues

· Assist in the phone line queue as needed

· Handle projects that relate to the team

· Coordinate projects including setting up the phone queue systems and upcoming projects as needed

· Prepare, coordinate and revise procedures as needed

· Role model for employees

· Recognize and reward employee performance/results

Nonessential Functions:

Education/Qualifications:

· Medical Terminology

· Previous experience in customer service call center

· Previous experience in leadership roles

· Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet

· Excellent written/verbal communication skills

· College education and 2-4 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
