Senior Data Integration Programmer - Cedar Rapids

Position Summary

This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, integrating with, and enhancing Auxiant's healthcare ecosystem data exchange platforms, systems of record, workflows, processes, systems automation, and data integrity. These essential functions require working closely with teammates, department heads, and vendors to provide timely and quality solutions to our internal users and health plan members.

Essential Job Functions

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to gather business logic and procedures for conversion into technical tools and processes
  • Design, develop, and implement automation workflows to increase staff productivity by improving manual processes
  • Develop data analysis and extraction process to provide accurate and timely information to business partner
  • Coordinate with and between various departments to implement workflows between different systems based on the needs and priorities of the organization and our customers
  • Cultivate and maintain data integrity across Auxiant processes and datasets
  • Distill complex and disparate data from multiple sources into usable reports, file outputs, and user interfaces for effective operational procedures and data exchange
  • Identify and develop improvements or additions to Auxiant's existing data processes
  • Migrate legacy software and data management systems to more scalable and robust solutions

Position Requirements:

Qualified applicants should be a detail oriented individual with at least five years professional experience in object oriented software development interfacing with large data sets both in relational database structures as well as in a wide variety of data file formats and data conversions using ETL. This development includes the creation of and interfacing with existing custom APIs, class libraries, and stored procedures.
